Information we collect

Account details such as name, email and organisation; API-key records; API usage and security records including endpoint, status, timing and account identifier; support messages; and standard technical logs such as IP address and browser details.

Why we use it

We use information to provide the service you request, manage subscriptions, apply access controls, prevent misuse, troubleshoot incidents and respond to enquiries. Our bases include performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in protecting and operating the service, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Where optional processing requires consent, that consent can be withdrawn.

AI product assistant

The optional assistant answers questions from public documentation. Conversations are processed to generate replies and are not saved to our database. Do not send passwords, payment details or API keys.

MCP connections

If you connect an AI client, we record the connection name, linked key, approved redirect origin and timestamps, plus usage records for tool calls. Football data returned to the client is processed under that client's own terms.

Affiliate programme

If you apply, we process your application, promotion details, contact address and payout contact to review and administer your participation. We maintain referral, eligible commission and payout records to perform the programme contract and meet accounting obligations. Bank-transfer details are encrypted at rest, masked in normal views and available only to authorised administrators when needed for payment; reveals are audited. Affiliates see anonymised referral labels, not customers' names, email addresses or API keys.

Optional referral tracking uses consent, not a visit alone. The cookie is a random token; only its hash is stored with the referral record. See the Cookie Policy for the 30-day period and how to withdraw consent. Programme and financial records may need to be retained after cookie withdrawal to administer an existing referral or meet legal obligations.

Service providers and retention

We use providers for hosting, authentication and support communications. Records are kept as long as needed for the service, security and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Some details can be updated in the dashboard; contact us for anything else.
